Turkey Dill Salad


OK, by now even I am getting tired of left over turkey! I promise, this is my last post about left over turkey for a while! This recipe is a no brainer and probably the simplest way to use it up if you don't have the time or energy to cook after preparing such a big meal on Thanksgiving!.  It makes a great sandwich to pack for school or work lunches the week after Thanksgiving.  I am sure you all probably make your own version of this, I like to add a little dill weed in ours to give it a fresh taste!

Turkey Dill Salad
Diced Turkey
Chopped onion
Chopped celery
Dill 
salt & pepper 
Mayo (we used reduced fat or fat free)


Directions:  Dice turkey, onions and celery and put in bowl.  Add dill weed and mayo and stir to blend.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Serve on bread for sandwiches or with crackers for a salad.

Add to bowl and add dill weed, and mayo, stir to combine.
Add salt & pepper to taste


Serve with crackers or on bread for a tasty turkey sandwich!
